Did you know that public art can give your economy a boost? ⬆️💲
We’ve talked before about how public art can create a sense of belonging by drawing people—who might otherwise feel isolated—into shared spaces. But there’s more to it! It goes without saying attractions bring visitors.
Public art🖼️ is one of the easiest ways to attract existing residents and visitors to a designated area. While there, people enjoy themselves by viewing the art and also gives visitors a reason to stop and explore. Those out-of-town dollars make their way into our favorite local shops🛍️ and restaurants🍝 and when visitors connect with a memorable spot, they’re more like to come back. All of that leads to a stronger and more stable business environment for our local businesses.
We need your help to keep one of our standout pieces in place! 🆘
