Trax Creative District Holiday Building Block Competition

We’re thrilled to announce that Building Day for the Trax Creative District’s Holiday Building Block Competition is right around the corner! This family-friendly event is a perfect way to kick off the holiday season, unleash your creativity, and contribute to a festive display that everyone in our community can enjoy.

What's Building Day?

Building Day is the official start of our Holiday Building Block Competition, where participants can come together to construct their unique, holiday-themed designs. Using building blocks, participants of all ages and skill levels can create anything from miniature winter villages to creative seasonal sculptures. Whether you’re a pro at building blocks or just looking for a fun way to spend time with family and friends, Building Day is the ideal event to jump in and start creating!

Date: Friday, November 8
Time: 1 pm - 5 pm
Location: Creative Corner room at the Columbus Public Library, 2500 14 St.

What to Expect on Building Day

Building Stations: We’ll have building blocks to bring your vision to life. Just show up, bring your ideas, and get ready to build! If you'd prefer to bring your own blocks and continue working on your creation, that's perfectly fine too.

Family Fun: This event is designed for all ages! Kids, teens, and adults are welcome, so bring your family, friends, and neighbors to join in the fun.

Community Spirit: Building Day isn’t just about creating – it’s about coming together as a community to celebrate the season in a unique and artistic way.
